Chi possiede vmware-fusion può virtualizzare winzozz o una qualunque distribuzione linux per poter modificare i file in ntfs.
Riguardo alla lettura, io non ho installato nulla su lion ma la posso leggere l'ntfs (se la stessa formattazione si trova su disco esterno). Per modificare i files (senza usare linux virtuale) lo copio in Macintosh HD e allora si modifica.

Macupdate dice che non sopporta l'avvio puro a 64 bit ...

No, sapevo che il problema è il 64 bit ma avendo Parallels e winzozz virtualizzato pure io non mi pongo il problema.
Di dischi NTFS ne ho ben pochi oramai!
