Cari amici,
mi è richiesto di installare il nuovo sistema di proxy avanzato dell'Università di Bologna per accedere alle risorse elettroniche anche fuori dal perimetro degli IP dell'ateneo. Questo sistema utilizza un programma che si chiama Stunnel. Prima di procedere all'installazione, che richiede XCode, desideravo accertarmi che non ci fossero problemi o eventuali "tricks". Mi è stato riferito infatti che alcuni utenti mac hanno incontrato dei problemi. Spero qualcuno di voi possa darmi le indicazioni richieste. In ogni caso grazie a tutti. -------------------- Stefano

Che io sappia non ci sono particolari problemi ad usare stunnel su Os X. L'ultima versione è data compatibile pure con Leopard.

Cari amici,
fortunatamente ho risolto il problema. In primo luogo era necessario installare non solo X11 ma anche tutti i tools di XCode. In secondo luogo sono dovuto ricorrere all'assistenza del servizio IT di UNIBO che mi ha fornito di un installer ad hoc che apparentemente non era disponibile nelle pagine del sito in linea.

Ciao anche io ho lo stesso problema che è capitato a te.
Su una macchina con Tiger alcuni mesi fa non ho avuto alcun problema, ora su una macchina con Leopard, ho installato Xcode, ho installato macport 1.6, seguo la procedura "avanzata" reperibile qui ma mi restituisce il tuo stesso errrore: CODICE configure: error: no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH See `config.log' for more details. Seguendo la procedura semplificata, utilizzando cioè lo script di automator del file proxy.dmg reperibile qui non ottengo nulla, cioè mi chiede di inserire la password di amministratore, il sistema comincia ad eseguire lo script, ma poi dopo alcuni secondi sembra interrompersi automaticamente, senza restituire messaggi e soprattutto senza creare alcun link sulla scrivania!
